Start with the guest of honour and the people joining them. A colourful fantasy or adventure room can suit a family celebration, while mystery, science-fiction and creepy themes may suit older groups. Check the individual room page for age, intensity, live-actor and mobility notes before booking.

Each Enigma escape room is for two to six guests. More than six people cannot be placed into one room. A larger birthday party can split into smaller teams and use multiple rooms at the same venue, subject to simultaneous availability.
Contact Enigma before booking a larger party. Share the preferred venue, date, approximate guest count, ages and any accessibility needs so the team can explain the realistic options.
Enigma Rooms Doncaster has four private escape rooms for 2–6 guests: Hostage, Arabian Nights, Ward 13 and Mafia. The themes range from colourful fantasy and secret-agent adventure to creepy or crime-led challenges, helping families, teenagers and adult groups choose the atmosphere that suits their celebration.
For more than six guests, ask whether multiple rooms are available at suitable times. Doncaster also has separately bookable Viking Axe Throwing and Oche Club Interactive Darts. The Twisted Broom is a distinct magical venue with potion classes and magical afternoon tea. Every activity has its own capacity, age and access guidance.
Enigma Rooms Hull has three private, 60-minute escape rooms for teams of 2–6. Escape the Chocolate Factory offers a colourful adventure, Dracula’s Tomb has a more atmospheric mystery theme, and Impact is a challenging science-fiction mission.
A birthday group larger than six may be able to divide across more than one room, subject to live availability. Check each room page for age, intensity and accessibility details before choosing.
Planning a kids’ or teen birthday party in Pontefract? Enigma Rooms at 3–7 Ropergate End offers 60-minute escape room adventures for teams of 2–6 players. Escape From Oz is the colourful, family-friendly choice and is recommended for ages 8+, while Sweeney Todd has a creepier atmosphere.
For a larger birthday group, ask about using both open rooms at suitable times, subject to availability. Anyone under 16 must have at least one adult aged 18+ in the booking party. Retford offers five escape-room themes for 2–6 guests: Colditz, The Legend of Catequil, Outbreak, SP EYES and Siberia. Oche Club interactive darts and shuffleboard provide separately bookable social activities for a different kind of birthday group.
