We’ve changed a few things to make sure that we’re minimising risk to our players and team.
- Rule of 6. Groups of 2-6 players.
- Staggered start times for games.
- Masks are to be worn the whole time, if players do not have their own they will be provided for all players.
- Hand sanitiser upon entry.
- Temperature check before entry.
- Increased cleaning, rooms will be used alternately to give us longer for cleaning.
- We’re also calling all bookings on the morning of their booking to go through a COVID-19 checklist to make sure they’re all fit to come and play.
How much would it cost and how can I book the tickets?
Our prices will vary per person depending on the size of the group. The more players in a booking, the cheaper it is! Bookings can be reserved through our online portal. Rooms require a minimum group of 2 people to a maximum of 6 people for selected rooms.
There are times where we have a limited number of room slots each day for last minute bookings and walk-ins. It is advisable to arrive as early as possible during the day to make your reservation. These will be on a first-come, first served basis. That or you could just call us @ 0333 3661002
Calls cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and must be included in inclusive minutes and discount schemes in the same way according to Ofcom.

Once you have a booking?
Please be aware that Enigma Rooms are live events and therefore we cannot accept refunds, cancellations or last-minute reschedules once a booking is confirmed.
Groups that are more than 10 minutes late for their booking will have their booking cancelled without refund.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking so you can sign in and be briefed.
Our Escape Rooms Safety
Our customers’ safety is paramount. We have taken advice from a number of organisations and taken a number of measures to prevent accidents occurring. We also give a safety/game briefing before ALL Enigma Rooms games in which we point out that our rooms have easy to use fire escapes that are clearly marked.

Absolutely! Our live escape rooms experience is perfect for team building exercises and group fun like birthdays, stag as well as hen do’s and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers.

Doncaster: We are open every day except for Tuesday 10 am (our first booking of the day) till the last booking at 8:00 pm (our last booking of the day). Open all day school holidays and bank holidays unless stated.
Retford: We are open 7 days a week 10 am till 8 pm except for Tuesday which is 1 pm till 8 pm. Open all day school holidays and bank holidays unless stated.
Wakefield: We are open from 6 pm till 8 pm weekdays and 10 am till 8 pm weekends. Open all day school holidays and bank holidays unless stated.
What do I need to bring and what should I wear?
There is nothing you need to bring. Everything you need will be supplied. We would recommend you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. We don’t recommend high heels or bare feet.
