For just £4.95 per booking, this flexible add-on allows you to reschedule your game once for free, up to 6 hours before your booking time. No stress, no hassle – just a little extra protection in case life throws a curveball.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Insurance allows a one-time reschedule of your booking without additional charges up to 6 hours before your booking time.You must contact us via email at hello@enigmarooms.co.uk at least 6 hours before your scheduled start time to activate your reschedule.
Reschedules are subject to availability but do not need to be for the same day as your original booking.
If you contact us within 6 hours of your scheduled start time, your Booking Insurance will no longer be valid, and standard Enigma Rooms terms and conditions will apply (i.e.. late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable).
Booking Insurance is valid for one game only. If you’ve booked multiple games, you’ll need a separate Booking Insurance add-on for each game or activity.
Booking Insurance is tied to the specific game it was purchased with and cannot be transferred to another booking.
This add-on is not valid on bookings with promotional discounts.
Booking Insurance is non-refundable, even if you do not reschedule your booking.
Booking Insurance cannot be purchased after the booking has been made.
