Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used against eligible Enigma Rooms activities, subject to availability and the terms below. They make a flexible birthday, Christmas, couples, family or team gift.
In Doncaster, current choices include four escape rooms, Viking Axe Throwing, Oche Club Interactive Darts and eligible bookable experiences at The Twisted Broom. The Twisted Broom is a separate immersive magical bar, not an escape room.
In Hull, choose from Dracula’s Tomb, Escape the Chocolate Factory and Impact. In Pontefract, Escape From Oz and Sweeney Todd are open; The Last Pirate is coming soon and is not yet a current bookable choice.
In Retford, choose from five escape rooms plus eligible Oche Club interactive darts and shuffleboard activities. Escape-room choices are also available at Wakefield.
Activities differ by venue, so the recipient should check the correct location page when they are ready to book. If you prefer a physical voucher, call 0333 366 1002; the current printing and postage charge is £1.50.
Enigma Rooms gift vouchers can be used at any Enigma Rooms locations and for any Enigma Rooms activity.
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
-Gift vouchers are redeemable on ALL Enigma Rooms activities, including, Escape Rooms, Axe Throwing, Interactive Darts, Shuffleboard and the Twisted Broom.
-Gift Vouchers are NOT redeemable on food and drinks.
– Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
-Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
-Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
-Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
-Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation.

– In the event of any dispute, the decision of Enigma Rooms is final.
