Enigma has yet another FREE game for everyone to play, this time it’s in Hull. Set inside the Princes Quay Shopping Centre in Hull, ‘Space Chase’ is a sci-fi themed puzzle game, where the player(s) travel around the shopping centre, finding clues, solving puzzles, and discovering their crew members together, so they can launch their spaceship in time.

This game is aimed at families, but ANYONE can play. In a group, in pairs or even solo. It’s free for everyone for a whole month.

What do you need?
All you need to play this game is at least one device with access to the internet, as the game is played through an interactive website.

How to play?
Head to Enigma Rooms Hull (located on the ground floor of the Princes Quay Shopping Centre) and scan the QR code at the entrance (even if the venue is closed, the QR code will still be scannable) and start your adventure. 
The first page has all the instructions and information you’ll need in how to play, then you go from there.

FAQs
Is there a time limit?
No. You can be as quick as you wish, or take hours, even days over it id you wish (as long as it’s completed before the end of August).

How long does it take?
It really depends on your walking speed and how quickly you find the clues and solve the puzzles. We predict it can take anywhere between 15 minutes – an hour, but this is just a rough estimate based on previous FREE games we have created.

Is it suitable for kids?
Absolutely. It’s designed for families in mind.

Is it JUST for kids?
Absolutely not!  It’s a free game for all ages. 

Do I need to go outside?
Other than to get to Princes Quay, no! The whole game takes place inside the building.

Will I need to go into shops?
Nope! Obviously we encourage you to visit shops and eateries within Princes Quay, but you will not need to enter any shops to solve the puzzles.

Will I need other apps to help me?
That’s up to you. We think the game works by itself, but feel free to use any apps that you think might help you, calculator, notes…etc. 

Can I play this from home?
Unfortunately not. This game requires you to head to the each location and use clues, posters, logos, shop windows…etc to help you solve the puzzles.

How much does it cost?
Nothing, it’s FREE!
