Let’s clear one thing up right away: the Demon Barber of Fleet Street himself is well over 200 years old. But here at our Pontefract escape rooms, our Sweeney Todd escape room is officially celebrating its first birthday!

It’s been a full year since we opened the doors to the infamous Barbershop, and what a thrilling, chaotic, and downright brilliant journey it has been.

The Body Count So Far… 

Over the past 12 months, we’ve watched hundreds of brave souls step inside. We’ve seen teams display incredible wit, razor-sharp logic, and unmatched teamwork.

• The Victors: A huge congratulations to the guests who successfully outsmarted the Demon Barber and escaped with their necks intact.

• The Victims: And to the guests who couldn’t quite crack the codes… well, let’s just say Mrs. Lovett’s meat pies tasted exceptionally good that day.

To everyone who booked a slot, screamed in terror (for no reason), laughed through the tension, and made our first year so unforgettable: Thank you. You have made the chaotic world of Sweeney Todd an absolute joy to run, and we cannot wait for another year of blade-wielding madness.
