Enigma Wakefield Announce a New Game

A Brand New Escape Room coming to Wakefield

It was announced recently that Enigma Wakefield were saying goodbye to their longstanding escape room, ‘Murder Motel’ (online version still available CLICK HERE) but it was for an exciting reason…they’re bringing a brand new escape room your way.

The new room was announced on their Facebook page where they will continue to provide sneak peaks and updates as they build the room, so make sure you head over and give them a follow to see all the updates.

Although there is no set date announced for the open date (which makes sense, seen as they are currently building the game) they HAVE announced the title of the game.

The Tavern

Step into ‘THE TAVERN’, a medieval alehouse in search of its next innkeeper.

Are you ready to prove yourself worthy?

This is all the information they are willing to give away at the moment, but if their last escape room (Grimm Up North) was anything to go by, this is going to be a fantastic game, and we can’t wait to see the finished product.

Speaking of Wakefield Updates...

There is plenty to shout about when it comes to Enigma Rooms Wakefield. They have other updates to shout about other than a brand new escape room.

We are of course, referring to the previously announced updates to their current games Seance and Grimm up North.

Séance no longer just for over 18's

That’s right. Séance was originally JUST for players over 18 years of age, and the rules were VERY strict on this, due to the type of game it is, as well as the fact that it involves a live actor as part of the experience.

HOWEVER….

Wakefield have recently updated this game so people who are 12+ can play the game.
DON’T be fooled however, this game is STILL a HORROR game, and still is designed to give you a fright, but with the new version of the game, Séance – Mild, there is no live actor element of the game.

If you prefer the live actor experience, not a problem, Séance – Classic is still very much there and creepy, and scary enough to force some people into clean underwear.

Choose which experience you want to take part in on booking (and if you change your mind before playing…you we can change it before you enter the room).

Grimm Up North 60 minutes or 75 minutes

Grimm Up North also now has two options when booking.

Enigma Rooms Wakefield will now be offering TWO versions of their Award Winning, Grimm up North Escape Room. A challenging game, but still lots of fun.

Fix The Tales
Time: 60 minutes

A traditional ‘can you escape within the hour’ game. Players have to fix three famous fairy tales from the Brothers Grimm before the time runs out.

Happily Ever Afters
Time: 75 Minutes

The original game as mentioned above PLUS, plenty of collection style puzzles…in fact, more puzzles than you can shake as stick at.
