Please be aware that Enigma Rooms are live events and therefore we cannot accept refunds or cancellations once a booking is confirmed.
For physical escape-room bookings at Doncaster, Hull, Pontefract and Retford, you can reschedule without a fee when you give us more than 48 hours' notice before your booked start time.
If you give us 48 hours' notice or less and have not purchased Booking Insurance, your booking cannot be moved, rescheduled or cancelled, and no refund is available.
Optional Booking Insurance costs £4.95 per booking and allows one free reschedule when you contact us at least six hours before your booked start time. Email hello@enigmarooms.co.uk to request the change. Reschedules are subject to availability and the existing Booking Insurance terms.

Our customers’ safety is paramount. We have taken advice from a number of organisations and taken a number of measures to prevent accidents occurring. We also give a safety/game briefing before ALL Enigma Rooms games in which we point out that our rooms have easy to use fire escapes that are clearly marked, and all rooms are easy to get out at any time for emergencies.
Full payment is required when booking all activities and experiences. Unfortunately, we don’t take deposits, and bookings cannot be reserved without payment.
Escape-room booking start times: first booking 10am daily; last booking 4pm on Monday–Tuesday and 8pm on Wednesday–Sunday. These are booking start times, not closing times. Check live availability before planning your visit. Other activities and The Twisted Broom have their own schedules.
