Impact is recommended for guests aged 8 and over. It relies heavily on communication and concentration, so some younger guests may find it more difficult than Dracula’s Tomb or Escape the Chocolate Factory. Anyone under 16 must have an adult aged 18 or over taking part with them.
No. The maximum is six guests. For a larger group, we recommend splitting into separate teams and booking multiple rooms at the same time, subject to availability.

No. Every booking is private. Even if you book for only two guests, your group will not be combined with strangers. Enigma Rooms Hull does not use live actors in its escape rooms.

Please be aware that Enigma Rooms experiences are live events, so bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, including cancellations and last-minute reschedules. Arrive 10–15 minutes before your booking to sign in and receive your briefing. Groups more than 10 minutes late may have their booking cancelled without a refund.
